Do you want to jump into your pool as soon you arrive?

Then it's important to make sure that your pool isn't green with algae and full of leaves and sand.

Therefore it's also necesarry that the pool has an optimal chlorine level.

To preventthe pump system from breaking down the waterlevel needs to be maintained.

Price

from €25,- per week (based on max 2 visits per week)

*frequency depends on seasons.

Property management

You are not present in your home all year round, so we keep an eye on things and you can leave your home with an easy mind.

Property management comprehensively includes:

• Key management
• Checking the running water of all taps and and flushing toilets
• Checking electricity... sometimes it's cut off without a good reason
• Check all locks, hinges and the alarm system
• Checking (water) damage after a storm
• Checking for any signs of burglary
  
• Collecting mail from your mailbox and forwarding it to your home address or e-mail
• Sweeping the terrace(s)
• Checking and preventing vermin
  

If any defects/issues are found,

we make a report with photos.

In consultation, we will look for a suitable solution.

€25 each visit

Welcoming guests

If you want to rent out your property as a holiday home, we can welcome your guests and show them around.

Our meet and greet service includes;

• Communicating with guests prior to arrival and 24/7 availability during their stay.
• We send your guests a nice email with our contact details and directions of the property and several grocery stores.
• We agree on a meeting point and time to avoid problems locating the property.
• We also offer them our grocery service and a basic welcome package will be waiting for them.
• We show your guests around and help them to familiarise themselves with the facilities and give instructions where needed.
• On request we can get groceries for the guests. They can supply a list and we will make sure everything is ready so they can drive straight to the house or meeting point.
• We are available throughout their stay to provide all necessary information and to solve any problems that may arise during their stay.
• After the guests departure, we will collect the keys and inspect the house for any damage.

Starting at €50,- per stay (arrival and departure)

Grocery service (basics)

From €35,- a time excluding the costs of the groceries
