whenever you are not around, we can hold your (spare) keys for you. It's always good to know that there is a spare key nearby in case you forget or lose yours.
At least once a month we'll check your house inside and out to see if water, gas and electricity are still functional.
We flush all toilets, run all taps and showers.
After severe weather conditions, we will inspect the house for any damage and issue a report.
Imagine how nice it is when you arrive after a long journey to Spain to a clean house with beds made and a fridge with cold drinks. A welcome pack according to your wishes will be ready.
On request we will get your groceries. Make a shopping list and we will make sure that you don't have to drive to the supermarket, butcher, bakery or greengrocer first.
When guests are renting your holiday home we provide a meet and greet. We will receive the guests at a pre-arranged time and location and show them around. We are available 24/7 during their stay for questions or possible issues and problems.
We maintain your pool so it will not be green with algae and full of garden waste. In addition, we will check the functionality of the pump system and keep the water at the correct level.
Promotion of your holiday home to generate more income?
We can make you a drone video, beautiful photography and/or build you a website.
We can provide you or your guests a wellness massage on location by a qualified masseuse to increase the ultimate holiday feeling.
